GUARANTEES AND ASSISTANCE MODES

 1. All products sold by Casarotto are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty and, for the customer who is a consumer (a natural person who buys the goods for purposes other than business or professional activity, or makes a purchase without indicating in the " order an IVA reference), also from the legal warranty for defects of conformity, as per Articles 128-135 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005. In order to benefit from warranty service, Customer will have to keep the invoice that will be received by e-mail in electronic PDF format.

2. The manufacturer's formal warranty is provided in the manner described in the documentation contained within the product packaging. If, following intervention by an Authorized Service Center, the defect is not covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty, Customer will be charged any costs of verification and repair required by the Authorized Assistance as well as shipping costs if supported by Casarotto.

3. The legal warranty in favor of the Customer Customer covers the defects of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods which occurred within two years of delivery of the goods. The defect of compliance must be notified, by default, within two months of the date on which the consumer discovered the defect. The action against the seller shall in any case be presumed within the period of twenty-six months after the delivery of the goods. In the event of a defect in conformity, the consumer is entitled to repair, replacement or replacement of the goods, free of charge, or to an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract, in accordance with the provisions of art. 130 D. Lgs. 206/2005. Within two months of the discovery of the defect, and in any case within the maximum period of twenty-six months after the receipt of the goods, the Customer must submit a communication requesting the elimination of the defect of conformity, completed in all its parts, to Casarotto Roberto Snc, Via Casarotto Customer Service will contact the Customer in order to communicate the terms and the return number, to be indicated on a copy of the form, already anticipated, to be sent with the product. Casarotto will send a courier to withdraw the product without any additional costs for the Customer. The product must be returned by the Customer, preferably in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and ancillary equipment: manuals, cables, etc.). In all cases, adhesive labels or adhesive tapes must be avoided directly on the original packaging of the product. After checking the product made by the Customer, Casarotto will arrange for replacement or repair and will proceed to the shipment of the product, except as provided for in art. 130 D. Lgs. 206/2005. If, following intervention by an Authorized Service Center, it is found that the defect complained of does not include a defect of conformity pursuant to Articles 128 and following D. Lgs. 206/2005, the Customer will be charged any costs of verification and repair required by the Authorized Service Center, as well as shipping costs, if incurred by Casarotto.

4. The Client may, at his own discretion, make use of any additional conventional services offered by Casarotto, under the terms and with the limits and modalities specified by them.
